The ADHD Toolkit for Adults

A course, community, and coaching to equip you with research-based information, tools, and strategies to help you, or your partner with ADHD, thrive in a neurotypical world.

Feeling Overwhelmed?

There is so much information available on ADHD, it’s overwhelming. Where do you even start? How can you tell which resources are reliable?

ADHD is complex. Getting diagnosed can be exhausting. And when you finally get a diagnosis, you’re on your own to figure out how to best support your brain. Between social media promoting a new app, decades-old books insisting that your brain is broken, and the latest and greatest ‘cure’ showing up on your Google searches, you’re getting frustrated. Where do you start?

Maybe it’s not you, but your partner or spouse has been diagnosed with ADHD. You are tired of the misunderstandings, arguing, and reminders. You just want to help and support them, but how do you help someone when you don’t understand their unique brain?

Having one place to go for reliable information delivered in a clear and organized way would be a huge weight off of your shoulders.

Hey! I’m Kendall!

I have spent countless hours researching what ADHD is, why our brains work the way they do, and how we can best work with our brains instead of trying to force them to use neurotypical strategies.

I was diagnosed with ADHD at 24. I’m also a parent, teacher, and Certified ADHD Educator.

Between my own diagnosis and supporting my students and family with ADHD, I’ve spent years learning about ADHD. I have faced the messaging that I am broken, just need to try harder, or need yet another app to ‘fix’ my challenges.

But people with ADHD are not broken. We just require a different set of tools and strategies to help us thrive in a world that wasn’t built for us.

Oh, hi! You’ve made it all of the way down here. Look, I know you may be thinking, “Is this just another person selling another method that will be a big disappointment?” I wish I could promise you that you’ll have a new brain by next Tuesday. Not going to happen. (Plus, I don’t want you to have a new brain. ADHD has some incredible benefits).

The reality is that managing the ADHD brain in a healthy way is a lot of work – hard work. But you have a choice.

Do you want to keep trying to figure out if this is actually an ADHD thing or just a you thing? Asking yourself why you just can’t ‘adult’ like everyone else? Or do you want to go on this journey feeling equipped with a toolkit full of information, strategies, and tools that you can refer back to at any time? I want to see you thrive. Come, join me. Let’s do this together.
